10 × 10 Vendor booth space for the Hitched Up and Haunted Trailer or Treat Cowboy Candy Crawl. Vendor set-up may start at 10am on the day of the event and be ready by 1pm. Breakdown must be completed by 9pm.
✅ Vendor Participation Rules for Local Community Event
1. Application & Fees
All vendors must submit a completed application by the deadline.
Booth fees must be paid in full prior to the event.
Late applications may be subject to additional fees or denied.
2. Permits & Licenses
Vendors are responsible for obtaining and displaying all required business, health, and sales permits.
Food vendors must comply with local health department regulations and submit a valid health inspection certificate.
3. Booth Setup & Operation
Vendors may begin setup no earlier than 1 hour before the event start time.
Booths must be fully set up by 1pm and remain open for the full duration of the event.
Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, and signage unless otherwise specified.
Booth spaces are non-transferable.
4. Electrical & Equipment Use
Electrical access must be requested in advance.
Vendors must bring their own extension cords and ensure all equipment is up to code.
Generators may be permitted with prior approval only.
5. Product Guidelines
All items sold must be listed and approved on the application form.
No counterfeit, illegal, or inappropriate items are allowed.
Food vendors must list all ingredients clearly if selling unpackaged food.
6. Health & Safety
Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and safe.
All vendors must have a basic first-aid kit at their booth.
Tents must be secured with weights or anchors.
7. Waste Management
Vendors must dispose of trash properly and keep their area tidy.
Recycling and composting stations should be used when provided.
A cleaning fee may be charged if a booth is left in poor condition.
8. Insurance
Vendors to carry their own liability insurance.
Proof of insurance must be submitted upon request.
9. Behavior & Conduct
All vendors must treat attendees, staff, and fellow vendors with respect.
No harassment, aggressive selling, or disruptive behavior is allowed.
Alcohol or drug use is strictly prohibited during the event.
10. Cancellation & Refunds
No refunds will be given for no-shows or late arrivals.
The event is rain or shine unless otherwise noted.
11. Event Branding & Promotion
Vendors may not use the event name/logo without permission.
Promotional materials should be family-friendly and community-appropriate.
12. Compliance
Vendors must follow all instructions from event organizers and comply with local laws.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
